4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking details via email or SMS.

5. Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package's status. You can also track the shipment directly with the carrier using the tracking ID provided. 6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts to ensure that your order reaches you. If the delivery cannot be completed, your package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Inspection and Acceptance

For customers who receive damaged, empty, or opened packages, we advise the following steps:

Refuse Delivery: If you notice the package is damaged, missing items, or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

A. Receiving Damaged or Empty Box:

1- Upon delivery, inspect the package carefully.

2- If damaged or empty, immediately record a clear, dated, and timestamped unboxing video.

3- The video should show:

    - The outer packaging (box from all sides, labels & Stickers, etc.)

    -Order Id details and courier AWB Number should be clearly visible and readable

    - The inner packaging (packing materials, etc.)

    - The product (if damaged) or empty box

4- Retain all original packaging materials.

 

B. Reporting Damages/Discrepancies:

Provide:

    - Order number

    - Tracking number

    - Unboxing video file (or link)

    - Detailed description of damages/discrepancies

 

8. Failed Delivery or Return Due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may reship it upon request and payment of any additional shipping charges.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages
