To delete your account:
Open the app and navigate to the My Account
Select Delete Accountfrom the menu options.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request.
Alternatively, you can email our support team at [support@xtracover.com] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" for assistance.
Once the deletion request is confirmed, your account will be deactivated, and you will lose access to all associated features and data.
Personal Data Deletion:
Personal data linked to your account will be permanently deleted from our servers within 90 daysof your deletion request, unless retention is legally or operationally required.
Order History and Transaction Records:
Certain data, such as invoices, shipping records, and payment details, may be retained for up to [8 years]to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. While this information will no longer be linked to your account, it may remain accessible for audit, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Non-Personal or Aggregated Data:

Deleting your account does not automatically revoke permissions granted to our app. To adjust or revoke permissions:
Go to your device’s Settings.
Navigate to Apps > XtraCover B2B
Modify the permissions as required.
